Meet the Team
Working in the bridal industry for the past 8 years, Ardmore Salon Manager Lacey always finds a way to treat her customers like old friends. Lacey received her degree from Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina, and she’s got that sort of southern hospitality that helps keep things light and fun while multitasking. She credits her strong work ethic to her mother, selflessly raising her and her sister, putting them through college, and then going back to university recently to get her own Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry!
Lacey lives by her motto “Work Hard, Play Hard” and loves a good crisp Prosecco. She can be found on weekends making her favorite Southern homemade “buttermilk” biscuits and “sausage” gravy – all vegan of course! She loves traveling with her boyfriend, reading Philly Magazine, and taking long walks with her adorable boxer Gabi. Lacey is an advocate for veganism and animal rights, and has a hidden talent at Black Jack. Lacey’s dream wedding gown is simple, with clean lines, and possibly a sleeve – nothing too fussy! She knows its sappy, but her favorite part of a wedding is the vows!
Our Morristown Salon Manager Kiera has always known she wanted to work with brides, and has been in this industry for over 13 years! Growing up she dreamed of being a Bridal fashion designer, and even designed and created her sister’s reception gown while working on her degree from Virginia Commonwealth University! An avid traveler, her bucket list item is to travel to all 195 countries, and her personal motto is “Say yes to new adventures”. She admires strong women, especially anyone who takes charge of their own goals and asperations despite adversity.
When not at EJ, you can find Kiera traveling, sipping rose at a winery with her dogs, or reading Vogue and Grace Ormonde magazines. She is passionate about Animal Adoption or anything benefitting our furry friends. Her dream wedding dress is Reem Acra’s “Divine Dream” with a few modifications – she loves customizations! At weddings, she loves seeing everyone together celebrating like one big family – and dancing!
After studying Public Relations at Quinnipiac University (go bobcats!), Jenna went on to work in Costume Design for TV & Film for over 10 years before transitioning to the bridal world. As the Communications Manager for EJ, she melds her love of brides and all things wedding with her love of communications! She enjoys working with brides, as well as pouring over photos of our brides and looking at unique details of every couple’s wedding! She uses her loud & aggressive personality to juggle many balls and can frequently be heard saying her life is “one tent short of a circus”.
She loves a heaping glass of Pinot Noir after a long day, staying up to date with New York Magazine, and making Sunday morning pancakes with “chippies” with her daughters. Her favorite bridal look is Busy Philipps- traditional, yet modern use color! Her own wedding dress was Liancarlo’s 5806, the perfect amount of sparkle for her New Years Eve wedding. The only thing that will make Jenna stop and sit from dancing at a wedding is the cake, which she feels is the sweetest part!
Linda has been working in the bridal industry for 10 years and her experience is apparent when she is styling her brides. She finds an immediate connection with them, and keeps their goals for a gown in mind, guiding them to the perfect fit. Her knack for reading a bride was cultivated while studying Communications and Journalism at East Stroudsburg University. Witnessing the joy and excitement when a bride says “Yes” beats her childhood career dream of being a professional butterfly catcher. Linda is passionate about many things, but cherishes her role as mother before all else. She loves being with her family, and admires her mother for being wise, elegant, and her best friend. For her own wedding, she wore the Monique Lhullier “Schiaparelli” gown and a gorgeous Maria Elena head piece. She knew it was “the one” the minute that she had it on, and the memory is one she loves to be a part of with her own brides!
Good listening skills combined with the patience of a saint make Bridal Stylist Dina a standout. Known for her beautiful taste and flair for accessorizing, she can elevate any appointment with her pairings. Working in this industry for 12 years, she has seen her share of brides, but never gets tired of helping them feel their most beautiful. Her warm approachable personality has even garnered her an invite to the wedding of one of her brides- a memory she covets.
Dina’s creativity spills into all she does, whether its cooking, gardening, or studying home decor. She loves spending time with her daughters, Maddie and Annie, and appreciates their intelligence, passion, creativity, and sense of humor. In her spare time you can find her at her favorite restaurant, Prune in NYC, or hanging out reading the newspaper with her cat Taco and dog Harper. Carolyn Bessette steals Dina’s favorite bridal look, with its clean lines and timeless feel. Dina’s tendency to cry at a wedding ceremony can only be remedied by dancing to an amazing band.
Helping brides sort through dresses and nail down their dream gown is decisive Marina. For almost 12 years she has been using her happy, straight-forward, and fun attitude to find “the one” for countless brides. She strives to have brides be heard and comfortable, while infusing her signature fashion forward style. She credits her mother who was able to get through all difficulties in life with a smile on her face with her positive attitude.
Jogging, spending time with family, and a nice white wine help Marina unwind. Her personal motto is “Seek peace, and pursue it”, and she feels most peaceful at the beach, where she can clear her mind. Her favorite bridal look is Carolyn Bessette, and Marina wore a Priscilla of Boston strapless ballgown made of French peas de soie fabric for her own wedding. She loves seeing when the groom sees his bride for the first time walking down the aisle, and certainly doesn’t mind the champagne toast!
Patti brings over 10 years of experience and a lot of positive energy to her position as a Bridal Stylist. She stays true to her motto “Always give 100 percent no matter what” when helping brides find “The One”! She is patient, honest, and always remembers to keep a sense of humor – after all, finding your wedding dress should be fun! To most people’s surprise, she has been an expert pearl & bead restringer for over 26 years!
Patti loves vacationing in Aruba, walking or running at the bike trail, being with her family, or reading her favorite author Elin Hiderbrand. Her #1 bucket list item is visiting the Grand Canyon, and she loves a Ketel One martini straight up with 3 olives. Her favorite bridal look was Princess Diana, and her own wedding dress featured long sleeves, a high neckline, organza and lace on an A-line silhouette (her favorite part was the silk flowers in the back!).
Katherine’s approach with her brides is one of a seasoned vet, so you wouldn’t suspect she has only worked in the bridal industry less than a year! She credits her listening skills, as well as her caring and organized personality to help a bride sift through her options and find “the one”. She admires her husband as one of the most loving and hard working people she knows, and wants to be known as someone who wasn’t afraid to experience life to the fullest.
Not many people realize she is an accomplished Equestrian, and in her spare time you can find her at the barn riding horses or at brunch with family. She loves a crisp glass of champagne, reading Travel Magazine, and her horses. Her bucket list item is riding in The Hamptons Classic! Her favorite bride in history is Grace Kelly, and though she had a strapless sweetheart lace top with chiffon blush bottom for her own wedding, her dream dress is Carolina Herrera ‘Mason’.
Our smart and energetic Bridal Consultant Carmella has a warm personality that makes you feel at ease immediately. Not only is she also a full time Attorney, in addition she has a NY State teaching certificate in Social Studies! She has a great eye for proper proportions, a bride’s best fit, and choosing the most flattering color. However long it takes to find the perfect dress, she is up for the journey! She’s happiest at home in her downtime, working on her house and garden, and dreaming of custom drapes from Calico Corners for her living room. Her three daughters, as well as her book club and reading the NY Times and NY Post keep her busy. Carmella enjoys spending time at her beach house in Delaware, as well as swimming all year round. She was impressed with Princess Diana’s wedding dress, and has the distinct memory of watching her walk down the aisle while eating breakfast before taking the bar exam. Her favorite part of a wedding is when the limo pulls up to the church and the bride steps out – and everyone on the street turns to look and smile. It’s all happening girl!
Our Bridesmaid and Evening consultant Tiffany finds a way to keep the EJ team on their toes, quite literally as she is also a dance studio owner! She’s been working in this industry for 13 years and even as a child had an obsession with high fashion. Being generous, nurturing, and hardworking Tiffany manages to instantly relate to her clients. She admires Ellen DeGeneres for her strength, promoting positivity and always giving back. Ellen has inspired her to host her own events for the children’s charity “Project Ladybug”. In Tiffany’s opinion there is nothing better than a glass of wine with a view, especially with her husband. She has danced all of her life, and loves dancing to relieve stress. She is obsessed with Kim Kardashian’s look at her THIRD wedding, the lace bodice, tiny ribbon around her waist, and super long veil against the stunning flower wall. Pass the tissues -her favorite part of a wedding is watching the vows- she cries every time!

Our bridesmaid and evening consultant Madison is new to the bridal industry, but always knew she would be doing something in an artistic field. A graduate of Messiah College with a degree in Studio Art, Madison makes her own pottery and even started her own pottery business! She is a good listener, has attention to detail, and is creative with an eye for design, which makes her a perfect person to help brides and mothers nail their bridal party look. She admires both of her parents, who work so hard to put her and her 3 younger siblings through school and allow them to do as much as possible.
If Madison could be anywhere, she would go straight back to Monte di Procida Italy – a small coastal town outside of Naples. You can find her on days off spending time with her fiancé and family, at church, or cozy on the couch with her dog, Tessa. She is passionate about an organization called Beyond the Walls, which has taken her to Guatemala City to build houses. The organization provides a safe space for children to go to school, and Madison even sponsors a young girl there too (Hi Marlin)! Planning her own wedding has allowed Madison to see all aspects of the wedding process, and personally loves tulle and lace dresses- comfortable, flowy, and romantic! Her favorite part of a wedding is when the groom sees the bride walking down the aisle – the groom’s reaction always makes her tear up!

Maria is an expert Bridal Seamstress with over 40 years experience! She is a perfectionist, and her work reflects that which is why brides love her. She makes an instant connection with brides using her respectful, honest, and responsible personality. She knew from the time she was 11 years old that she would be a seamstress!
Originally from Portugal, Maria covets her yearly trips there to visit family and be with her mother. She is an amazing cook, and loves cooking and watching Sex & The City when she’s not working. She admires her daughters, who are both wonderful mothers. Her favorite brides are her own daughters, and her own wedding dress was a very simple A-line dress with ruffles in the back. Isabel was destined to be a seamstress from birth, as her mother was one and taught her from a young age how to sew. Her inquisitive and friendly personality helps a bride feel at ease when they meet her. Her eye for style, as well as her training in fashion design make her an asset to brides during their alteration process. She looks up to Eleanor Roosevelt for being a strong woman who fought for what she believed in.
Isabel loves to read and travel, and hopes to one day see the pyramids in Egypt. She likes keeping up with the Wall St. Journal, visiting the beaches of Portugal, and sipping a cosmopolitan when she’s off. She loves Queen Victoria’s wedding gown because she started the white dress trend for brides at weddings!
I started my career at a young age, first attending fashion and design school in Europe; focusing on pattern making and sewing. Before immigrating to the United States over 40 years ago, I worked with many well-known European celebrities, helping them with their everyday tailoring needs.
I have focused on high-end bridal now for over 30 plus years, and I truly love it. I worked for Suky Rosan and Priscilla of Boston prior to joining Elizabeth Johns. I can make just about any dress fit like a dream; I will make the bride wear the dress not the dress wear the bride! From their first fitting to the day of their wedding, I will be there every step of the way to assure everything goes on without a hitch.
